Steam Cooking Kettle


Use:


Caramel,Candy,Custard cream,Fondant,Filling,Saute,Roux, Peanut cream,Sauce,Soup,Fried vegetables and meat,etc.


Work principle:


Unique inclined mixing shaft gives an effect in mixing in all directions,upward and downward,leftward and rightward。As there is no dead point in mixing area because of the rotation and revolution system for swinging of the mixing shaft,even mixing and blending can be obtained without damaging and scorching the food material.


The mixing blades of automatically centered type are always brought in close contact with the kettle surface and reproduce an effect of “hand turning”in which it rotates in an upright position when it goes to the center and in a laid position when it goes outwards.


The mixing speed can be freely selected with a step-less speed knob according to the food to be mixed.
