Overview

Food rotates in the device continually & slowly which makes the heat spread fast and in average. The sterilization time is reduced and avoid food overcooked & burned phenomenon. Temperature control system could automatically controls the temperature with flexibility according to different kind of packed items characteristic. Pressure control system automatically adjusts the pressure in line with standard model to avoid container deformation and damage and increase rate of final product. Pre-setting sterilization effect (F value) could be adopted to control the whole sterilization process, which makes the sterilization effect visual and controllable and also guarantees the consistency of sterilization effect on the same batch without influence by temperature rise speed and product volume.

◆ Items rotating in the pot as a whole could fully utilize heat inside without blind angle and sterilize accurately and rapidly. This autoclave is especially applicable to items with heavy solid in liquid and different density can food with viscidity. In this pot, rotate them during the sterilization process to maintain uniformity
