overview
The device is composed of two Cauldron water sterilization pots in parallel connection. Two pots work in turns by exchanging same sterilization water, namely once the food sterilization in one pot finished high temperature process water goes to the 2nd pot directly to reduce process water & heat loss. Efficiency is improved and output is increased.
