Full automatic sterilization pot applicable to all kinds of heat-resistant package material:

①Glass bottle: glass jar

④Soft pack: alum foil bag, transparent bag, vaccum bag, high temperature cooking bag, etc.

    Overview    

“Showering” autoclave adds a little recycle water into the pot during the sterilization process. Make the water lower than the designated level of the things contained. Use advanced high-efficient circulating pump to extract the sterilization water out. Re-enter the pot through high-efficient pipe heat transformer in the shape of water mist out from the nozzle with high pressure. The steam in the pot directly heat the water mist through the steam diffusion pipe, which averages the water temperature inside the pot and make it rapidly reach the designated working degree. Every food tray at least is assigned with 4 or more nozzles. So there will be no blind angle and the heat spread averagely inside the pot. In the heating process the temperature in the pot maintains to the designated sterilization degree. During cooling the same sterilization water is continually cooling down while it is recycled through pipe heat transformer. The product is also cooling down until the sterilization process finished.
